Casa da Lagartixa Preta is a rented space which constantly needs structural remodeling. There is always a monthly party to pay the bills (rent, energy and water). Not always it can be afforded just through the monthly party, many times it also depends on voluntary donations from individuals or collectives.
The expenses to keep a space like this has increased a lot along the years and the collective has spent more and more time to raise the necessary funds, and ends up making the available time for political activism scarse. That’s why any financial donation is acceptable.
